About Codentity and the Right To License or Sell Our Software
Codentity® LLC is the developer, publisher and exclusive distributor of all versions of Music MegaBase® DJ (MMB DJ) and the Music MegaBase® DJ Media Player Mixer Express™ (MPMe). These products are referred to as “Codentity software”. Codentity software also includes product descriptions, designs, HELP documentation, and a system of proprietary security technologies (collectively named "Codentity License Manager").
Codentity software is licensed, not sold, and the EULA (End User License Agreement) is the contract that governs how users may install and use Codentity software (and any Codentity-supplied third-party software). As disclosed in the EULA, Codentity software may be subject to periodic re-activation. Use of our beta software may require participation in the Codentity Beta Tester Program (see advisory notes below).
Codentity software is licensed for distribution and use in the United States of America (USA) and may not be exported to other countries. Codentity software is protected by various USA and international copyright laws. Codentity software and its associated trade names and technologies may also be protected by trademark and patent regulation in the USA and / or other countries.
IMPORTANT: Offers to license Codentity software must originate from Codentity LLC, an Illinois company. All other offers are explicitly NOT authorized by Codentity, and such offers may constitute fraud. Potential users should be aware that unless they obtain a valid license from Codentity, the ability to use the Codentity software may be denied. It is the user's obligation to obtain Codentity software from authorized sources, and at this time the only legitimate source is Codentity LLC headquartered in Westmont, IL USA.
Codentity is a privately held limited liability company registered in the state of Illinois, United States of America. Codentity does not conduct business operations, and has not authorized any other party or entity to conduct business operations, of any kind in any other nation or territory. Codentity has not licensed its products, services or trademarks (including its company name) to any other party or entity.

Codentity LLC may operate multiple Web sites. Codentity LLC may choose to advertise its goods or services on multiple Web sites. Some Web sites that contain Codentity LLC advertising may not be under the control of Codentity LLC. It should be understood that, until further notice, Codentity LLC reserves the right to determine how best to resolve potential discrepancies in published product or service offer details including, but not necessarily limited to: marketing descriptions, technical information, service fees, product pricing, product feature claims, licensing agreements, and terms of sale or license agreements.
ATTENTION: Codentity software products include technology to detect and disable unauthorized users. It is a violation of the EULA (End User License Agreement) to use, or attempt to use, log on identities not authorized by Codentity LLC. Users who violate the terms of the EULA are subject to immediate license termination which can result in product termination and license forfeiture without monetary compensation of any kind.

Area 89, SmartFocus, Zero To Playback In Less Than 1 Second, How Can Something This Smart Be So Simple?, Media Player Mixer, and Codentity USA are trademarks or licensed trademarks of Codentity LLC. The absence of a name or logo in this list does not constitute a waiver of any and all intellectual property rights that Codentity LLC or its suppliers has established in any of its product, feature, service names or logos. Trademark status is subject to change without notice.

Beta Tester Program Advisory
Because participation in the Codentity Beta Tester Program may reveal trade secrets and marketing information including designs, workflow, and other proprietary technologies, enrollment is not currently offered to individuals, employees or consultants who may be reasonably construed by Codentity to have associations and / or business interests associated directly or indirectly with competitive products or developers.
The EULA (End User License Agreement) that controls your use of Codentity software will include information about beta software trial restrictions. All users must read and consent to all terms and conditions in the EULA.
Beta Tester Program eligibility, product, and product support offers are LIMITED, may not be extended, and may change or expire without notice. Beta users may be required to meet minimum feedback response guidelines to receive final versions of the shipping product. Shipping and handling fees, plus sales tax will be added to each qualified order. The Beta Tester Program enrollment period will begin with the release of the next beta version trial release of the Media Player Mixer Express™ (expected in August 2011). Watch this Web site for updated release information.
If you think you might want to be enrolled in the Codentity Beta Tester program (BTP), and you are willing to pay the enrollment / license fee*, send a message indicating your interest to: btp@codentity.com. The current BTP restrictions also apply to product support availability for the Media Player Mixer Express™, and there may be a charge for individualized support.
Users who wish to request pre-enrollment status are under no obligation to purchase the beta product and will be free to decline participation.
